In-depth knowledge of the regional environment, a profound understanding of local real estate market dynamics, long-standing relationships with relevant decision-makers, intermediaries and stakeholders – these are essential assets for a real estate company. This is why Rockstone has incorporated three independent offices in Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich which nonetheless work closely together as one business.

Managed by Florian Sakowski (Berlin), Andreas Krieger (Hamburg) and Maximilian Soltmann (Munich), the teams at these three Rockstone offices have comprehensive local expertise and unique know-how when it comes to the people, markets, and properties of Germany’s three largest cities, their greater metropolitan areas and other selected locations.

Our development projects include residential and commercial projects in the higher end market segment, CBD office buildings with future potential and industrial sites for rezoning. With each project, we place particular emphasis on high-quality architecture and urban planning, innovative and sustainable concepts, the potential to add value and the individual needs of users. 

We are increasingly investing into value-add projects with the potential to increase rental yields and rental space by actively managing these assets. With value-add real estate in particular, considerable know-how with regards to location, surroundings and type of use are crucial in order to optimize the assets’s risk-return profile over the entire lifecycle – this kind of know-how is part of our DNA.

We take on all aspects of the commercial and technical management of real estate assets in the Rockstone portfolio as well as a service provider to third parties. Here we focus equally on optimizing the risk-return profile and meeting the individual concerns and requirements of tenants.
