Team and Project Assistant with a background in the real estate sector

Rockstone Real Estate is an independent, owner-managed company working in development and value-add real estate out of three independently managed offices in Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich. Our core business: Developing residential and commercial real estate and purchasing portfolio properties with great development potential, all in the premium market segment. Since the company’s founding in 2013, we have successfully developed and marketed projects with an investment volume of € 150 m. We are currently implementing projects with an investment volume of € 250 m.

 

YOUR PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed vocational training in business/commerce
  • Initial experience as an assistant, preferably in real estate / project development
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good written and verbal English skills

YOUR TASKS

  • Reception and switchboard
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Schedule and travel planning, including travel expense accounting
  • General office tasks / office administration
  • Assisting the accounting department
  • Assisting the project management department: Preparing contracts, deadline management, correspondence, etc.
